The ECE Department has many ongoing grad and undergrad research projects, funded by

- The National Science Foundation (NSF),

- the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA),

- the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD),

- the South Dakota Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (SD-EPSCoR)

and many other national and international organizations.

Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REUs) are also available during the summer months.
